A first aid facility is located on the ground floor of the building. In the event of an emergency, notify a NYRA Peace Officer or NYRA employee.
Aqueduct's Lost and Found is also located at the security booth by the main entrance on the ground floor.
The Guest Service Center is located on the 2nd floor of Aqueduct Racetrack in Longshots Bar.
At the Guest Service Center, you can:

The Bets Squad is your one-stop shop to learn how to bet! NYRA Bets allows you to securely deposit electronically and play the races at Aqueduct and across the world online and from anywhere, any time.

Racetrack Policies
Outside alcohol is prohibited at Aqueduct Racetrack.
Visit Silks Bar on the 1st floor or Longshots Simulcast Center & Sports Bar on the 2nd floor to purchase alcoholic beverages (21+ only).
Smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas at Aqueduct, except the box seat area. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Aqueduct building. For everyone's convenience and comfort, we ask for your cooperation.
All bags are subject to search upon entry.
If racing is cancelled, for any reason, after five (5) races have been run there are no refunds or exchanges of any kind.
In the event of a cancellation of live racing, the Post Parade and Pocket Program of that day can be exchanged for the same publication within the next two (2) live racing days only. If live racing is cancelled after the fifth race of the day there will not be any exchanges of the Post Parade and Pocket Program.
