Celebrate the holiday weekend with $1 Carnegie Deli hot dogs every day of the July 4th Racing Festival! Available at concession stands throughout Saratoga Race Course where hot dogs are traditionally sold.
Hildebrandt's Ice Cream Eating Contest
Ready, set, eat! This fan-favorite event is back for 2025. Registration is free; paid admission to Saratoga Race Course is required to participate. Ages 16+ only.
