The New York Racing Association Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting bidders in the matter of the provision of C-band satellite transponder space. NYRA is seeking a Proposer to provide for NYRA to use in the distribution of the NYRA simulcast signals originating at NYRA’s three (3) racetracks: Aqueduct Racetrack, Ozone Park, NY, Belmont Park Racetrack, Elmont, NY, Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Springs, NY and for other related NYRA programming to authorized receive sites.
