2009 Fall Racing Meet: October 28 – December 31
The Aqueduct Fall Meeting features live racing every Wednesday through Sunday, from October 28 through December 31, with a few exceptions. Aqueduct Racetrack will not feature live racing from December 14 through December 25. Dark-day simulcast viewing will be available beginning 11:30 a.m. November 2, on the 2nd floor of the Clubhouse. Additionally, Aqueduct will offer simulcast viewing from December 14 through December 23, during our holiday break. Simulcast wagering will be available for NYRA Rewards members via Telebet, the NYRA Rewards Internet Wagering site, and Mobile Wagering. Aqueduct Racetrack will be closed on Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25.

MEET HIGHLIGHTS

Saturday and Sunday, November 14 - 15
The nationally acclaimed 2009 Aqueduct Handicapping Challenge is scheduled for Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15. The top three finishers will be automatically eligible for the 2010 Daily Racing Form - NTRA National Handicapping Championship in Las Vegas on January 29-30. NYRA will provide reimbursement for air fare and hotel accommodations. For more information click here.

Holidayfest, Presented by the New York Lottery
Thanksgiving Day - Thursday, November 26
Whet your Thoroughbred racing appetite as you prepare for the meal of the year! An early post time gets you home on time for turkey, yams, and stuffing. The $100,000 (GIII) Fall Highweight Championship is featured on the special holiday card. Post time 11:25am, and racing concludes at approximately 3:00pm.
Black Friday – Friday, November 27
Would you rather fight the crowds at the local mall, or do your shopping at the Big A – where making the right selection can really pay off? The $150,000 (GII) Top Flight Handicap is the feature on the card. Post time 12:00pm.
Hill ‘n’ Dale Cigar Mile Saturday – Saturday, November 28
The feature day of the Aqueduct Fall Meeting. The Hill ‘n’ Dale Cigar Mile Saturday features the very best milers in the nation, as well as the finest 2 year-old colts and fillies New York Racing has to offer. Four graded stakes highlight this premiere Fall Saturday card. Post time: 12:00pm.

Stockings to fill? Loved ones to please? Get your stocking stuffer shopping done for the racing fan in your life at Aqueduct Racetrack! For a one-dollar per-item donation, fans may choose an item of their choice from remaining past giveaway items. All donations will benefit a NYRA-supported charitable organization.
NYRA and the United States Marines will once again partner in order to raise funds and collect toys for needy children in the community. The objective of “Toys for Tots” is to play an active role in the development of one of our most valuable resources – our children.
