The ground floor features The Rail at the 1863 Club, a spacious buffet restaurant which seats up to 500 guests. Enjoy the afternoon in style from the climate-controlled room or get a front row view of the action from the trackside apron. The space also features close proximity to the horse path, an elevated interior providing fabulous sight lines, private restrooms and betting terminals.

Chandon Garden Spritz Rail Birds Trackside Seating and Apron Lounges
Calling all rail birds: Parties of six can reserve an outside table located adjacent to the horse path from the paddock to the track. Chandon Garden Spritz Rail Birds seats include access to the buffet within The Rail.
The Chandon Garden Spritz Lounges accommodate four to eight guests each, and include access to the buffet within The Rail as well as dedicated drink service. All lounges include one complimentary bottle of Chandon Garden Spritz; Lounges #1 and #2, which seat six and eight guests respectively, include an additional complimentary bottle of Moët.
Dress Code
Jackets and blazers optional; vests, shirts with collars, polo shirts, sweaters, dresses, pantsuits, dress jeans, dress shorts and slacks are appropriate.
Cargo shorts, t-shirts, halter tops, midriff tops, athletic wear, frayed or torn denim or shorts and flip-flops are not permitted. The dress code, although encouraged, does not apply to children under the age of 12.

The Founders Room, located on the second floor of our state-of-the-art 1863 Club, is the place to be for owners, trainers, industry stakeholders, and avid racing fans alike. Enjoy an elevated dining experience featuring fresh, seasonal cuisine and distinguished cocktails in a climate-controlled environment where televisions and betting terminals are easily accessible. Head outside to the expansive private balcony to watch racing live. The Founders Room footprint can be expanded to occupy the whole second floor of the 1863 Club when Legends Hall is not booked by a single group/party.

With the Happy Hour pass, you receive access to Saratoga's most exclusive hospitality area every Friday-Sunday* from 4:00pm through final post. Enjoy rotating food and drink specials as you experience the biggest races of the week from the Founders Room's private balcony!

Legends Hall features a dedicated event space. Parties of up to 70 will mix and mingle in a suite complete with floor-to-ceiling windows and a walkout balcony overlooking the racetrack. The space is climate-controlled and features ample televisions and private betting terminals.

The top floor of the 1863 Club features five fully-furnished luxury suite options, accommodating 30-45 guests each. All suites feature private balconies and sweeping views of the track, in addition to having a fully-furnished interior with upscale design, access to a private suite-level bar & lounge, and premium trackside parking.
